Any products found to have defective materials will be replaced. However, because Memory Weavers creates custom products for you, we do not offer refunds. We must be notified of any problems as soon as possible, preferably within 24-48 hours of the receipt of your product. Please click the link at the bottom of this page for our contact information. We will give you information on how to have your product replaced. Your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
